Buying from us
Ask us to spec it
Some positions do not fit a size on a page, and some combinations we simply do not make. This is where those go.
Most orders on this site are one kit and one checkout, which is how it should be. There are four situations where that does not work, and they all end up here.
Five kits or more
Kitting out a line, a cell or a workshop. Send us how many positions, what the floor does at each, and roughly what each position looks like. You will get a written quote with the specification on it, which is the thing that survives being forwarded to whoever signs it off.
We do not run trade accounts or tiered pricing. One price for everybody is deliberate, and it means a quote from us is the same number a stranger would get on the website. What the quote adds is the specification and the paperwork, not a discount.
A run longer than one kit covers
The longest kit covers 249cm. A full production bench is often more than that. Kits butt together, so it is a matter of how you split the run rather than whether it can be done, and there is usually an arrangement that costs less than the obvious one. Send the measurements and a photograph if you have one.
Wet or washdown floor, and static-sensitive work
We make an ESD deck and we make drainage decks, but we do not make an ESD drainage deck. If your position needs both, the finder sends you here rather than pretending one of the two will do.
Tell us what the work is, what the floor does, and whether the position sits inside an EPA. There is usually a way to arrange the position that solves it properly, and it is worth ten minutes on the phone.
A postcode we cannot deliver on the standard price
The delivered price covers the whole of the UK including the Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland. It does not cover the Channel Islands, because carriers price those as international. Send the postcode and we will price it properly.
How to reach us
Ring 01332 480386, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. It is a real number answered by people who know the product, and for anything on this page it will be faster than typing.
Or email [email protected] with the position count, the floor condition and a rough layout. We answer the same working day where we can.
Quotes are issued by The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, company no. 17360049, trading as Station Matting.
