Who we are
Station Matting is a trading name of The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17360049. Our registered office is Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 9PD.
Contact us about an order at [email protected] or on 01332 480386, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Orders and payment
The workstation kits shown with an order button can be bought online. Larger layouts, unusual combinations and orders that need specification are handled through our quotation route instead.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Please check the confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the delivery described below. Maximum Industrial Group Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown separately.
The price is calculated from the selected kit and size. The checkout confirms the same total before payment.
Delivery
The displayed price includes kerbside delivery to UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. The Channel Islands are excluded because carriers treat them as international; contact us for a quotation.
Our normal estimate is 2 to 5 working days. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee. If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time and we cannot agree a new date, you may cancel the affected order for a refund. Tell us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.
Your right to cancel as a consumer
If you are a consumer, you may cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email [email protected] before that period ends. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
After telling us you are cancelling, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You arrange and pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Contact us first so we can confirm the return address and packing requirements.
Model cancellation wording: To The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, [email protected]. I/We give notice that I/We cancel the contract for the following goods [describe], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address and date.
Our 30-day returns guarantee
Separately from the statutory right above, we offer a 30-day returns guarantee on our standard workstation kits to consumers and businesses. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the kit is not right for the intended position.
This is a voluntary contractual promise in addition to your legal rights and never reduces them. Goods should be returned complete and in a resaleable condition. Reasonable inspection is expected; we may reduce a refund where the law permits to reflect handling beyond what is needed to check the goods. You arrange and pay change-of-mind return carriage.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For a consumer cancellation, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them, subject to the rights the regulations give us to withhold or reduce a refund. Any standard outbound delivery amount included in the order is treated in accordance with the regulations.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly, ideally with photographs. We pay the reasonable return cost and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind return charges do not apply in these cases.
Product selection and use
Site guidance, the finder and quotations are provided in good faith using the information available. They do not replace a site-specific risk assessment or professional advice where one is required. You remain responsible for checking that the selected surface and footprint are suitable for the position.
These kits are floor matting. ESD anti-static matting conducts static charge and is not electrical insulating matting to BS EN 61111. Do not use it as electrical protective equipment.
Business customers
Consumer cancellation rights do not apply where you buy wholly or mainly in the course of a business, although our 30-day guarantee applies as stated above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, production or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Complaints
Email [email protected] or call 01332 480386. We will try to resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this process affects your statutory rights.
